The IFPA is a national voluntary organisation and registered charity which has been pioneering sexual and reproductive health and rights in Ireland since 1969.

We are recognised as a source of expertise because of our experience in the provision of the highest quality medical services, contraception advice, crisis pregnancy counselling, education and training and policy development.

This section provides more in depth information on certain issues that are relevant in Ireland today. This information may be useful for students, academics, policy makers, parliamentarians, civil servants, journalists and anybody who would like to more about sexual and reproductive health issues in Ireland.
