Pregnancy Counselling Service

Are you experiencing an unplanned or a crisis pregnancy?

– The IFPA's nationwide counselling service is here to help.

Counsellors at our 11 centres nationwide provides a safe and confidential space for anyone to explore their feelings about their pregnancy and to discuss their options – abortion, parenting and adoption. This service is free and operated by professional accredited counsellors.

In the session counsellors will:

• Provide clients with information on how to access abortion services overseas, if required.
• Provide information on parenting and adoption, if required.
• Offer non-judgemental and non-directive assistance for women.
• Support the woman's own choice in all cases.
• Offer follow up appointment for post-abortion counselling, if required.
   

The IFPA is the only nationwide three-option counselling service. Our counsellors are here to give you accurate, honest and clear information.

IFPA centres offering counselling are located in Cork, Dublin City, Dundalk, Galway, Gorey, Letterkenny, Limerick, Monaghan, Sligo, Tallaght and Waterford.
