The IFPA provides professional, confidential counselling services for women during crisis pregnancy and after an abortion.

For Irish women the sense of secrecy and isolation can be especially difficult. Talking can help you to make sense of mixed or confused feelings.

It takes strength and courage to face a crisis pregnancy. Often going through a crisis can trigger other feelings and changes.

You may not have used a counselling service before travelling and now feel it would help to talk to someone in safety and confidence.

Pregnancy and post abortion counselling services at the IFPA are free of charge and by appointment only.

IFPA National Pregnancy Helpline - Appointments: 1850 49 50 51 (Monday to Friday 9-5pm).
