Female Condom

What is it?
Barrier Contraception. It is a polyurethane sheath (like a baggy, less stretchy male condom) which fits inside a woman’s vagina. It has a flexible ring at each end, and one end is closed. The closed end covers the cervix and the open end is positioned at the entrance of the vagina.
Is it for you?
It provides protection against STIs.
it requires practice to use and if used incorrectly can be pushed out of the way during sex.
